Best Western Palm Hotel is privileged to offer two function suites, especially designed to host any celebration or event from 10 to up to 300 guests in banquet style. The hotel runs over 400 events a year and has a remarkable local reputation for our ability to cater for functions of any nature.

- The Garth suite is available from 9 am until midnight (up to 1 am on Saturdays). Churchill’s suite is available from 11 am until midnight (up to 1 am on Saturdays).
Best Western Palm Hotel reserves the right to approve all external caterers; all caterers must be registered and have the following certification: Public Liability Insurance, Food and Hygiene Certificate for all food handlers; Licence to trade food and Employer's Liability Certificate to the value of £5 million, of which a copies of all documents must be supplied prior to the event.
