Very good location just 5 miles from central London. The room had obviously been refurbished very recently and everything was of an excellent standard. Bearing in mind the room faced the main road it was surprisingly quiet - good double glazing. Very friendly and efficient staff - nothing not to like.

I have stayd in many Holtels in my life but not one like this.
I stayed ther for one night It was intresting to see the blding work was updating the rooms
I had a very bad night here I was not the traffic noise as it is very sound proofed my problem was with the humming comming from the fuse box in the room the way to stop this is take the card out.
The other problem is there was a UPS with a defective battery bleeping ever 60 secounds.
I did not get back to my room ti

Even though the hotel is being refurbished the place is clean and modern feeling. Staff are helpful and friendly. The modern rooms feel bright and comfortable. Traffic can be a bit noisy, but not too bad. Very convenient for Golders Green, and the North Circular.

I travel quite frequently to london, i have stayed at many hotels, and i can honestly say this is by far one of the nicest i have stayed in, the staff were wonderful and the room was lovely, although there is extensive refurbishment going on and is on a very busy road the quality of the hotel made up for this...

Everything was more than acceptable at the price. I was in London to attend a funeral the morning after my stay, and the friendly staff agreed without charge to retain my luggage till after the service. I greatly appreciated the kindness.

We stayed at the hotel on New Years Eve however our stay was spoilt by a function which went on until 5am. The hotel gave no consideration to guests who were not part of that function, reluctantly took our drinks order and were unhelpful when we complained about the level of noise. If you intend to stay at the hotel I would suggest you *** with them first to find out if your room is close to the function room if so do not expect any sleep !!!y
