At the Best Western Palm Hotel, our guests’ safety is our priority and we would like to reassure you that we are taking every precaution possible in the current climate.
Our Health & Safety and Cleaning procedures have been enhanced to provide the best possible environment for both staff and guests. High touch point areas like switches, tv remotes and lift buttons will be continuously sanitised to ensure protection as well as room cleaning between guests and all areas of the hotel.
We kindly remind our guests to maintain a safe distance of 2m from anyone not in your party within the hotel.
Sanitiser & Soap stations are present at the hotel for both guest and staff use.
Online Check In will now be available. You will be sent a link to your Registration Card prior to your arrival. All you need to do is fill in the details and virtually sign the document and you are all done. Your room key and any further information will be ready for you to collect on arrival.
Payments are usually taken on check in at the Front Desk. From now, all payments will be taken prior to your arrival day from the card given at the time of booking (provided you have filled in your Registration Card online). This is to reduce the use of card machines which are a touch point.
However, if you have pre-paid your stay online at the time of booking on a 3rdParty Website and we do not have access to your card details, you will still be required to leave a pre-authorisation of a card for any extras you may have during your stay.
We have installed protective screens at our Front Desk and our staff will be using gloves if any items need to be given out to guests.
We will only operate an Express Check Out instead of our standard procedures. Payments will be taken in the morning of departure from the card given at the time of booking for any outstanding balances and an invoice will be emailed to you. If you wish to have a paper copy of your account, we are happy to provide this upon request. We advise requesting this in the evening prior to your departure so you can make sure the account is correct.
We regret to advise that cash will not be accepted until further notice.
Due to enhanced cleaning protocols, we regret to advise that check out time is strictly 12 noon and check in time is strictly from 2pm. We will not be able to store any luggage until further notice.
Daily Room Servicing will not be available. If you require any items for your room, please contact Reception who will be happy to arrange delivery to your room.
Breakfast will be operated on a “Grab & Go” service
